SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Shipping is currently available in Australia, New Zealand, UK, US and Canada and is calculated based on the cost of shipping to your location. If you do not see your country please contact me here with your location and I should be able to add it for you.
Duties:
Please note that any international customs, duties, GST or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Times and Delays:
Due to the nature of my small business I do not offer express or rush shipping. Items will ship within 1-2 weeks of order placement. Most domestic orders (AUS) will arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped and international orders typically take around 2-6 weeks. Also note that during holiday periods orders can be delayed so make sure to purchase well ahead of time if it is a gift for a holiday.
Please note that international orders can sometimes be delayed. I will provide a tracking number and if you have any questions about your order please contact the shipping service and provide them with your tracking number, unfortunately it is unlikely that I will have any more information than they can provide.
"Delivered" but not Arrived:
If your package is notified as "delivered" and yet is not at your home, please check the confirmation email to see if you entered the correct shipping address. I am unable to replace an order if the wrong address has been entered, but please still reach out and I can check if it has been returned to me if it was sent to an undeliverable address. If this is the case, I can redirect it but ask that you incur any additional shipping costs.
If the address entered is correct then please contact the shipping company first as I am unable to do anything about loss, potential theft or delivery failures on my end, so please see if they can resolve the issue first. I will assess and seek to resolve any such atypical postage issues on a case by case basis.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. Please note that colours may vary a little based on your screen monitor.
I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double check orders and shipping address as I am unable to modify them once they are made.
I work hard to package each order with care in sturdy mailers to ensure it arrives to you undamaged. Please be kind if reaching out and remember that I do not run the post office and cannot control the transit or mishandling. If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged please contact me here with your order number as soon as possible so I can make appropriate arrangements.
